Midnight Summer Dream in Chianti

Wild White Lilies and View at Ancora del Chianti

Last May we had the pleasure of welcoming Chiara Giacobelli at Ancora del Chianti, young writer and journalist from Ancona. She was curious to see by real what she read about our personal story and our enviromental commitment and she stopped for a visit during her recent trip in Tuscany while passing through the Chianti area.

Garden at Ancora del Chianti

We spent a lovely morning together talking about our experiences and work in progress on the terrace overlooking the roses in the garden with a gentle breeze and swallows singing, like old friends. We discoveded that we are both pragmatic dreamers. In the end, she interviewed me for an article on her website on tourism section.

A rose for Chiara

Thanks to Chiara for this meeting and Alessandro for the beautiful photos. We invite you to read her article about Ancora del Chianti here. Enjoy the reading!

Buona lettura!

Ancora del Chianti: “Beautiful and Relaxing” for TA

Before sunset at Ancora del Chianti

“Beautiful and Relaxing Chianti”
My husband and I recently stayed two nights during our road trip through Italy. Prior to our arrival, Laura was very proactive in making sure we had directions to the property and offered a selection of amenities to be placed in the room prior to our arrival. We opted for a bottle of the wine made on property and it was absolutely delicious! The property is nestled quite high up showcasing the beautiful Chianti rolling hills. It’s also only 25 minutes walk to Verrazzano Castle where you can do an amazing castle tour, lunch and wine tasting. The breakfast was wonderful and Laura was simply full of energy and made us feel like we were at home. Take her suggestions with local restaurants too- she knows what she’s talking about!

Thanks to Malcom by Azienda Agricola Sagrona for the beautiful picture.
