"Our Favorite Place to stay in Italy!Cozy Rooms,Outstanding Breakfasts and Friendly Owners and Staff - My husband TJ and I spent 5 nights at Ancora Del Chianti. The view of the countryside is spectacular and it was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Laura and Filippo are amazing hosts. Laura arranged our activities and went above and beyond to find us a place to stay in Venice. Alessandra and Daniela’s breakfasts were a treat. We highly recommend Ancora del Chianti and will hopefully return. "

"Views,Nature,Great Location,Wonderful Hostess - Ancora del Chianti is located down a gravel road to a wonderful knoll top with wonderful views of vinyards, forest and even a castle. This is a renovated stone farmhouse with quiet private rooms and many places around the property to recline and enjoy the view. There is a community kitchen yet with so many great restaurants in the area, we did not cook in. Breakfast is on an outdoor patio and was a nice time to get fueled for the day and exchange tips with other travelers, It is at this time Laura is very available to help you arrange your day with efficiency and local connections. We did the olive tasting, wine tasting with small meal (not so small), We ate at Lamole, a hill top gourmet restaurant (should not be missed) visited Sienna and Arezzo. My wife was interested in fabrics from Busatti in Anghiari. Laura called and arranged a tour of the factory. We spent 3 hours having coffee, touring the workshop, meeting the family and of course buying some beautiful things. This was a highlight of the trip. Laura is passionate about her business an will do everything she can to make you days in Tuscany great ones."

"La Passeggiata 2016 - A wonderful renovated farmhouse makes this B&B a great place to stay. But it is Laura, Filippo, Alessandra and Daniela that make it feel more like you are home than at a B&B.Spartaco and Cesare, the kids, will even play baseball with you. The views are spectacular and there is easy access to Greve and all the Chianti experiences. If you have ever been somewhere and were sad when the day came to leave...this is that place."

"Chianti Experience - What a fantastic place! The food and accommodations was outstanding. Their commitment to total organic living and natural food product is outstanding. But most importantly they are a beautiful, caring family! What great new friends! Thank you for such an experience. We will be back."

"Really Nice Place - The view is awesome, the place is beautiful, the landscaping is exactly what you expect to see from Tuscany and you have it directly there, at the B&B. It is true that the location is central, you can do daily road trips to visit big cities like Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano, Montepulciano etc...The staff and owners are very friendly, helpful, resourceful. I loved the ambiance there. I recommend to take the classes offered ( cooking, painting, wine & oil tasting ), they are really great!!!"

"Excellent Property in Greve -We stayed here for 5 nights in the middle of September. The property is so beautiful, it is hard to put into words. There is a drive up a steep hill and then a bit on a gravel road. You will think you are lost, but at the end of the road you will arrive and find the drive was worth it. Laura was so helpful and friendly, we felt like family. She helped us plan day trips and took the time explain the various towns and the sights we should see. The breakfast is good with fruits, cakes, cereal and meats and cheeses. We were fortunate that the entire 5 nights of our stay to have warm, sunny weather. The location couldn't have been better and Greve is centrally located in Tuscany. Most of the good sights to see in the region are no more than an hour or so away. The property was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. We really have no complaints about anything with our stay. We did take a wine tour from a tour operator in Florence and wished we had booked the tour through the property, as it would've been more convenient. With that being said, visiting Florence was easy and we opted to take the bus instead of driving to the city and trying to find parking. Greve has free parking lots and you can catch the bus to Florence and it takes about one hour. The price was cheap, only 3.5 Euros each way. Laura explained everything we needed to know about taking the bus and it was very easy. We would highly recommend staying at this property, you won't go wrong! "
